close to home
well, it used to be. Two days ago Eli's hernia came back to life. I hadn't scheduled any appointments because our urologist is at Hopkins in Baltimore....... Today a Dr. was shot at Johns Hopkins and the street that I would have to drive on to get to the peds urology center is closed by police. I am glad I am not there!

Scary! I'm so sorry about Eli's hernia! I saw that you left a message on our phone (I get e-mail notifications). I'm at my parents' house in St. George and their landline doesn't have long distance. Anyways...I'll call you when I get home!
Darn that hernia! That's too bad it came back. Boo. And can you even believe that crazy man!? So scary. I'm glad you were nowhere near that hospital!
